I read this term used in one of the forums directed at a member, is it a compliment or an insult...i think it was to carl99, not sure though

A spammer is a person who repeatedly posts things off-topic. Like say the discussion was about what the next rct3 expansion would be and someone comes along and posts "Go to my site!!!". Not only would that be spamming, but it would be advertising too!

BTW This is the RCT3 General discussion. If you have any off-topic questions like this I would suggest you post them here.
