by the looks of it your graphics is only powered by an intel chipset which isnt very powerful as it is intergrated graphics which are never any good for games. im not a pro at computing or anything but i do know a little bit. Also this doesn't look to good in graphics terms:

DirectX Debug Levels
--------------------
Direct3D: 0/4 (n/a)
DirectDraw: 0/4 (retail)
DirectInput: 0/5 (n/a)
DirectMusic: 0/5 (n/a)
DirectPlay: 0/9 (retail)
DirectSound: 0/5 (retail)
DirectShow: 0/6 (retail)

but im not entirely sure what debug means you would most probably be better off waiting for someone more experianced to haev a look at the problem. Anyone else any ideas as ive only got a few basic ones.

Celeron chips arnt gaming chips.....youre core speed of the machine, is rather slow to support RCT3, at 1.4ghz i wouldnt be suprised if it was putting a strain on your CPU.RCT3 needs 2ghz to run half-descent and at least 3ghz for adavanced users who want to get most out of their game.Obviously your Graphics card plays the most important part, i'd recommend a 256mb grafix card, an ATI prefarably, (an X600-800) work very well .If you have an intergrated card, this will hinder you considerably, if you have a PCI/AGP slot, id consider purchasing a new card.512-1gz of RAM speed also helps.Im not an expert, but this much i know.

I notice the video card, as others pointed out above, and I also noticed your system only has 222mbs RAM installed. I am really surprised you are able to load the game much least play it. (Not trying to knock down your PC -no offense Before you add anything, you need to make sure if you can add anything and what. I'll look up your computer specs and post your a link so you can see if and what you can upgrade. For time being, you have to deal with what you have.

and this is what she said:

Annie: You can upgrade this memory to 1 GB with PC2100 DDR266 memory modules. Two SODIMM slots are provided (both slots are user accessible). Minimum base memory is 256MB.

Annie: The maximum processor is Intel Celeron M (Dothan) with 400MHz FSB 1.4 GHz and you have the maximum processor in the notebook

Annie: You can upgrade the Hard Drive to 100GB at 4200rpm supports 9.5mm ATA-100 hard disk drives

Before and if you upgrade, get a second opinion -always-
