Step 1 Find a place to upload you file e.g www.tinypic.com

Step 2 On the homepage click browse



Step 3 Once you have done so you have your My Pictures displayed



Step 4 Clcik on the file that you want to upload



Step 5 Click host picture



Step 5 then you need to copy and paste the code that says IMG
