You're running Norton right?
I am! I know CCAPP is something to do with that, but it is also some type of spyware :S
yes that's true. Right click on my computer, click properties. then hardware, then device manager. Scroll down to were you see Universal Serial Bus controllers (USB) and from there you can right click on each and then click properties and see if there's a problem.
If there is useally right off the bat you'll see and yellow >!< sign infront of what is messed up.
I'm sure you've already scanned for viruses and spyware?

I tried spy bot, and upload but it kept freezing. How do u do the updates, (and dont just say click on updates :P)
just click on update...lol (had to do it)
but really that's how you do it though. I'll reload it here and get back to you.
When you click on updates you have to select what you want to download or update. Before you do all of that, take a snap shot of it and let me see something. open it up and take a snap. I think the download from major geeks is messed up I'm not sure
never mind the snap shot, I had to restart my PC::
ok--
again click what you want to download. Choose where you want to download from and click download updates.
Now, if DSO comes up you DO NOT WANT TO REMOVE/FIX IT!!
try to immunize it first, then run it and see what that does.
