A few airships would be appreciated. Perhaps a set of about six so that there’s a size or shape to strike everyone’s fancy. Here are some examples:
I would be happy with static airships – they do not need to voyage around the park or be animated in any way. One or two that are colourable (in a way that white actually shows up as white), with perpendicular and diagonal placement, one with a billboard and one in segments (tubular shaped rather than cigar shaped), please, so we could decide if we want one ten tiles long or thirty tiles long.
I believe there are enough CS light sets available so that if we wanted them to light up at night existing CS lighting will probably do.

It would be helpful if we could have something that deletes CS many tiles at a time in the same way the game deletes in-game scenery.

A-a-a-a-and someone's made the Eiffel Tower in CS. What about the Arc d'Triomphe, Statue of Liberty, Space Needle, Sydney Opera House, Washington Monument and a few buildings from Red Square all in a good size like the Eiffel is sized?
How about an ice skatihg rink, either in CFR or perhaps one could set it up in their park like one would set up a pool complex?

Or perhaps a utility that will adjust existing scenery (whether CS or in-game) so instead of using shift to move it up and down 1h, 2h or 3h, shift can be used to moved it 1/3h, 2/3h, 1h, 4/3h, 5/3h, 2h, 7/3h, 8/3h and 3h. This would be handy when scenery sets are mixed for a project and it turns out that a few of the pieces from the different sets are out of place just that little bit.
I myself would prefer adjustments in 1/12h, 2/12h, 3/12h, 4/12h, 5/12h, 6/12h, 7/12h, 8/12h, 9/12h, 10/12h, 11/12h, 1h, 13/12h, 14/12h, 15/12h, 16/12h, 17/12h, 18/12h, 19/12h, 20/12h, 21/12h, 22/12h, 23/12h, 2h, 25/12h, 26/12h, 27/12h, 28/12h, 29/12h, 30/12h, 31/12h, 32/12h, 33/12h, 34/12h, 35/12h, 3h. This would be handy for those path covers that are just that much too high and, when placed, make the park guests look like they're wading through the path.
Maybe the utility proposed above or another like it could adjust the scenery in increments of offset. Right now we have scenery on tile edge, scenery in centre of tile and scenery offset on tile (somewhere between the previous two). My suggestion for an offset adjuster would give us more increments in offset amount.
And how about something that will adjust the degree of diagonal-ness in more increments than are currently available. And something to adjust the degree of tilted-ness ..... ?
If someone were to take this on I'm sure the best we could anticipate would be in 1/3's. The 1/12's I've mentioned would be a very tall order indeed.
For a facility like this to work (whether 1/3's or 1/12's), I suggest that one would access the scenery item and then access this utility so the game engine only has to deal with these adjustments in respect of the scenery item being placed. After this it would be convenient if we could use the Ctrl key to repeat the orientation of placement if more than one placement is needed.

How about a utility that would allow us to save paths along with their add-ons. I recall that we were able to save paths with rides in RCT2 (without the add-ons, though) and I'm sure I don't understand why this isn't possible in RCT3.

And a utility that would allow us to save staff members and their patrol areas.

RCT2 had a small wall set of playing cards that could be used as walls. Perhaps someone could re-create that in CS.

Example: I’ve built something in my park and several weeks later I want to build something similar but don’t remember where I got some of the items from all the CS in the menus. How about a utility that we could use to click on a piece of scenery already placed in a park and a tool tip screen would display data showing us what the item’s called and what menu we can find it in if we want to place that item again somewhere. I would recommend a mouse wheel click for this one.

How about a CS interior darkener (see this post for explanation):
