The size is 44 x 23 squares.














You need shyguys main street pack installed on RCT.
Also you will need to have the following options txt as some of the balconeys overlap each other:

AttractionSceneryAllowTerrainIntersect 1
AttractionSceneryAllowSceneryIntersect 1
TrackAllowSameTrackIntersect 1

Go here to download the building:

2) Unzip the DAT file in your structures file, found in mydocuments/RCT3/Structures.

Its 15 x 15 squares with a space throught the middle for a path 3 squares wide.

The sceanry you need installed on RCT 3 will be Kilns framework and Expo 3000

To install the file:

1) Download it

2) Unzip the DAT file in your structures file, found in mydocuments/RCT3/Structures.
