I have about 5,000 items in my inbox at the office. My main personal account I try to keep under 50.

I haven't cleared out my spam box at my Gmail in a week or so, and I currently have 373 emails in there. I get about 30-50 spam emails a day, luckily most of them go into my spam box.

On AOL, I have 275 items, on Yahoo 53 and, I had about 500, on an old email adress I had, but they closed it because I passed the limit...
