Im not shore about the release date. Rember when they said they was going to release the ps2 around mid summer and it wasnt released untill christmas. I can see it happening again this year. Dont forget we still have the nintendo revelution to hit the shelves. They wont release them around the same time. I put my money on a christams relase and ill feel sorry for santa who will be reciving all those ps3 christams wishlists lol

The way i see it. is Xbox 360 has made a big mistake releasing before there biggist rival playstation. We all know now that the Ps3 is going to make the xbox look like a sega megadrive lol And i for one who is into gadgets and gizzmos is very supprised and exsited to what is going in the ps3..
Itâs going to be a doozy, and at least on paper beats the Xbox 360âs performance.

Yeah, another thing that the PS3 beats the 360 in is price. I've heard that the price of the PS3 on release will be around $600. I'm not kidding. It's insane. I, for one, will be waiting for the Revolution, because I am a total Nintendo fanboy and the Rev will only cost about $250 on release.

I always loved the Nintendos cos i thought that multiplayer games were more defined, than say the X-Box or PS2.Me and my mates lost hours of our lives playing the likes of Super Smash Brothers, Mario Party and Tiger Woods.Ill probably buy one, if Rogue Squadron 4 comes out for it....

I wont be buying that, Would rather spend my hard earned on a PC, that will always be better than any games console Smile

Consoles ahve killed off the PC as a games platfrom tho, many huge titles get released on the consoles first, and are ported across to the PC is they have the time. I remember when that used to be the other way round. Frown

Still, long live the PC. They will always be faster, and upgrading it costs less, as you only hae to replace a few bits at a time, and not buy a whole new unit.

While were on the subject, $600 for a PS3, whatever, that would buy you a whole PC... Point made I think
