Can anyone give me a step by step guide to doing it, im not that knowledgable about such things, pics would be nice too.Anything to make the game smoother.

Unzip it to my documents:
http://www.rct3x.net/patch1.jpg
Go to My Computer > Program Files > Atari
http://www.rct3x.net/patch2.jpg
Open Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 file and Rename RCT3plus to RCT3plusold
http://www.rct3x.net/patch3.jpg
Copy the extracted file and paste it in the Atari>RCT3 folder

Run RCT3 as normal
