Nope, Alton has a Very good safety record.
Recent injuries are a girl breaking her wrist on RITA, a boy getting hit by a train on Nemesis (he entered a closed off area) and some one getting hit by a coin on Nemesis on the helix!
The sun headline was "80 MPH" rollercoaster crash! LOL, 80 MPH, yeh right.
