After i download the game i get the register screen and then i jus put it off to the side cause there is no button at the bottom of that page that lets me go to the next page but anyway.. Like i put it to the side and stuff then i go to play and it comes up with an error that says something about direct x 9.0 So i downloaded it and it still wont work and help would be much appreciated..

Sounds like youve downloaded it, you must BUY it, friends of mine have had the same trouble(crashing)
