I just updated my patch1 to update3 and when i start it up it says "please insert the rollercoaster tycoon 3 disc" i inserted it and the problem still occurs plz help!

uninstalled RCT3 and re-installed RCT3 but when you next update it go update it manully and don't do it by the updater

This will work for any kind of disk that your computer does not read

put the disk in..

Go To programs,

Control pannel

Sound and audio divices(yes im not jokeing)

Hardware

Click the first one on the list and then hit properties

Wait for the properties window to pop up

then click the tab voulmes

then to populate(it might take a few secounds)

Then some info about the disk will show up on the screen in the properties.

And it should say something like RCT3

then go and start the game back up
