A lawsuit (Atari vs. Chris Sawyer) took place before lord justices chadwick, scott baker, and thomas. It will go to the high court in 2008.

theres opensource RCT3 but 1,000 time better in development. we wont really see anything until september.

Whats he taking them to court for? Atari kinda messed things up anyway, theres so much more they could have done with it.It lags and it has had its own share of bugs.......Id like to see "No Limits Rollercoaster Tycoon 4"
