I can click on the download button and it tells me that the files done downloading but I can't access it when I use the game. I moved the files from downloads into their appropriate files, coaster scenarios etc. But all that did was make the game crash whenever I click on load for custom scenario or sandbox

Where exactly did you put your downloads?

Maybe your downloads require custom scenery?
