When it rains, it will continue to rain right until i quit the game. Even when the weather says sunny and hot and the peeps are getting stuck to the newly laid tarmac the rain effects are still there. anyway to fix that?

Just play around with the park, sometimes it can affect the weather.

Lol. Well I've made alot of little lakes for like a "spooky" park in the sandbox just for fun, and it started raining. You probably can make it not raining by going into creating a scenario and put the setting as "desert" and it should never rain.
