Ride Running Cost

#1
What influences the ride running costs? Are they tied to any of the following?
  1. How often a ride runs per hour. This is a function of the max/min waiting times and other queue settings.
  2. In the case of track rides, how many trains are running.
  3. In the case of track rides, the length of track.
  4. Age of the ride.
etc.

I've been experimenting with all the above, but the running cost seems all over the place. My main concern is if it's cost effective to have multiple trains going on a ride to keep the queue time down. None of my rollercoasters have a queue because I have lots of trains going. Is it wasteful?

Simple solution. Use sandbox mode. Biggrin I am not sure how the cost thing works. But as long as your making more in the long run to keep it maintained, then your doing something right. Smile Confused Biggrin

What influences the running cost of the rides really seems to be an issue to be pondered upon and the factors raised were really something to take into consideration! Seeing how cost effective your rides are very important to know what returns you are getting from your business and to find a solution to any problem you may come up with!! It is very important that we know the running cost of our establishment as it really helps us to cut down on expenses!!
