Thanks for all who visited this thread. Instead of posting updates I would rather put AK in our downloads center. Get ready to visit Old America.

Yep.... If you loved AK. I think this park will please you more than AK.


Get ready to go through where our past ancestors lived. Whether he/she was a Pilgrim, or a Hillbilly, a miner, and even an Indian they will always be remembered in Old America.

Construction has already started and we are ready to post updates really really soon.

Early Planning three years ago (1965)

During a press conference, -name undisclosed- (the founder) talked about the plans for the park:

Welcome to Old America (at least not yet). We were originaly going to name this park "Deep West Amusement Park", but due to the idea of adding the Blue Forest, Mayflower Landing, and Freedom Square, we needed to change the name to Old America.

When you enter the park, you will come across a giant replica of the Mayflower. Go up the stairs and down again you will enter an already built town square.

Freedom Square is your welcome from the park. Here you can get the care you need for your enjoyment. You can eat homecooked meals and take a break at the beautiful garden. After strolling through the garden, you could go into Town Hall which looks like the fallen Alamo and experience America: Home of the Free (movie).

January 30, 1968
Update

It has been 2 years of construction since the start at 1958. We got a lot done those years, and they have finally allowed peak designers and founders to enter some areas of the park.

We were only allowed to visit the entry plaza and Freedom Square.

To other people: too bad you can't see the park from the entrance -

Update

It has been almost a month since we last updated and we've been working very speedily to construct perhaps the largest (and tallest) ride in our park.



That is our new ride, the Old America Tower. This photo also gives a little sneak peek of the Blue Forest. The Old America Tower has a height of 393 feet above the ground. Park visitors will love this, we hope !

Update

Hello again! Our speedy construction team has been working really well right now.

Tomorrow, park creators can finally take a look at what has been done and add some little touches.


Hmm.... What is this? A coaster! No it couldn't be! Yay!!!!!!!!
Construction was really really really fast.

I might be taking a hiatus on OA because I bought Nolimits and I'm posting my NL creations here. That thing costed my family 30 bucks!

How about you?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want to put more land in Old America and I got the idea of a Ghostown and an American-Indian themed land.
What else would you like in the park?

Sorry to all our fans waiting to see Old America. Due to financial problems with park construction, we were told to stop now on Old America, we wish so much to continue construction in the park very soon. But for now, no progress will be coming through.

Good news fellow readers! We can finally resume progress in OA . We are excited to continue updates and we hope to do updates much more often. Check back tomorrow for the next update.

Time for another update! There has been a lot going on during the past few weeks, so here you go.....

We wanted to add some beauty around the gardens in Freedom Square, so we put some buildings and other things-

Here we have an ATM and a few buildings.


Here we have a restroom with another building (We are still working on some more buildings).



A lot of work is being done in the Desert Prairie section of the park.....






The Blue Forest has been renamed to the Pine Forest, and also, we are ready to show it-

This is the Food Farm. (This is self explanatory....)


The Watermill: with a indoor house like queue-


What used to be the Old America Tower is now a double-decker carousel, the Tree Carousel.


The Tilting Keel Boat-


With a game of the skill, the Forest Golf Farm-


One of our recreational attractions, The Pine Forest Paddle Co.-


One of our biggest, and wettest (yeah that is a word :/) rides, Waterfall's Plunge.


For our junior guests, the Foul Owl.


The Tree Top-


The cute little Water Stream Slide-


The Little Log Log Ride (We are aware of the name :P)


To end off our update, the forest animal invaded Forest Crooked House.

Hello readers! We just welcomed the new year and I have a tiny update for you guys.


Up in Freedom Square, we don't have some more buildings around the garden yet


Over at the Desert Prairie, you can see that a new ride popped up.

Hello fellow readers! It has been a few months since I last updated, so here you go...

Over at Freedom Square, City Hall has received tons of trees in its backdrop. Very pretty if you ask me-


Finally, the buildings to surround the garden have been constructed!


Remember those photos under the caption, "Hmmmm... What could this be?" (see above).
Well that was the Mining Grounds (updates of this coming soon)-


Back at Freedom Square, we have finally installed the lighting system. Pretty isn't it -

Hello readers! It has been a while since I last updated, so here you go !

Here in Freedom Square, we have added a ton of benches for your time of relaxation.



Here we have plans of our in-park entertainment-

Over at the Desert Prairie, we will have a square dance show for the young ones (we also have a stage on the other side, but it would reveal some of the attractions)-


And our first look at the Indian Village , but we only see the Indian Totem Dance stage-
