Making this tutorial because alot of people don't seem to know how to do this (and the difference between a park and a scenario ._.)

STEP 1: DOWNLOADING YOUR FILE
If you can't do this on your own I'm disappointed.

STEP 2: INSTALLING

SCENARIOS
A scenario is NOT a park, wait do I really need to explain this? You should already know what a scenario is...
Once you've downloaded your scenario, install to:
Windows XP: C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 2/Scenarios
Windows 7/Vista C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 2/Scenarios

IMPORTANT: DON'T DELETE ANY ATARI MADE SCENARIOS (or you game will sorta break :x)

INSTALLING TRACKS
Windows XP: C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 2/Tracks
Windows 7/Vista C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 2/Tracks
I wouldn't delete of those either...

INSTALLING PARKS
Windows XP: C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 2/Saved Games
Windows 7/Vista C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 2/Saved Games
These are your saved games. If you delete them you wont be able to play that park you have almost beaten.

STEP 3: ENJOY ☺
You have now installed RCT2 custom stuff, just launch it and play! Scenarios will be in "start new game" Parks will be in "Start saved game" And coasters will be in the pre made coaster section.

ONE MORE THING
RCT2 Screen shots are in the Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 folder as well

AND NEVER DELETE DATA AND OBJDATA!!
