this happened once when i downloaded a bad cs set i erased it and it worked fine after that

but can anyone else try to install it and see if it work?
i have tried on two of my computers with rct3 but i don't work.
just that set, everything else work.

Anyways, that set's rather peculiar. With a proper installation, it still doesn't seem to work. I wouldn't bother with it right now.
