Finally get back into Minecraft. The first thing that I do is build a tree house.

Well, my spawn point is in the middle of a jungle, so it would have been a wasted opportunity to not build a tree house. It's safe from mobs, although I think that the undergrowth in the jungle would make a more economic hidey-hole.
