i see what your problem is, (ignores alex, :P). You need to make multiple coaster. Make a station, say 4 blocks long, then add entrance and exit and finish the ride. Then start a new coaster and make the station the same size as the previous one. Then complete it and place the entrance and exit at different spots. ..... Profit!

You COULD just use a CTR that doesn't have lights of even a platform at all!
