Ah, I get this problem quite a lot. It usually occurs where you have used an inversion or loop of some sort. Or most probably that you have used an inversion that has not come back to ground level at the same height as where it left off. You will have to possibly delete the inversion piece or experiment in the inversion track areas until you find the cause of the problem. You do not have to delete from the station to the occurance. Simply click on the trak you think has caused the problem, delete and try a different route, if not, put it back as it was and try a different area.
The problem may have also occured from the use of building the coaster below ground level, resulting in the track level not being the same height. Try clicking on the "Toggle track height" button to see if there are any suspicious differences around the inversion areas.
Private message me if the problem persists.

This used to happen to me, when I used to build crazy coasters with lots inversions. Once I just mirrored the whole ride, so it would be back the same height. You could use a Europa Park custom track piece to fix it, or what I normally do is just make another ride and start from scratch. There isn't an easy fix for this.
I Had a verticle twist at one point, I took it out and it finnished correctly
when i had RCT3 i had the same problem, when i buyed Wild! the problem was gone, so mayby update the game.
This does count as a bump. A three month bump, to be exact.
