I don't understand.

You cannot get it in game. You have to go around the internet to find it. More or less like CTR's or CFR's

you can do it in the inporter, while you making your scenery but you can just download the cs (dont remember the name, something with stall xd) where there are stalls with only a person, no table or something, just the person.
