I already tried safe mode, But even that didnt work. I'm gonna try something.....

I tried safe mode once... It just shut my computer down and brought me to the options page again. It's like a loop. I ended up reinstalling Windows and it's like a brand new computer. I had a REALLY bad virus on it. But the only down side is that I lost all my personalized things. All I had was my files. All the programs and stuff were gone. I am so glad I deactivated Photoshop before I re-installed, or I would have had a license belong to a program that doesn't exsist.
