In "2", you can click on the balloons a few times, before they'll pop. (Playing RCT since 1999.)

Oh, i never had RCT2

Balloon popping & Duck Quacking is the same in both 1 & 2. In 2, it's a little harder to pop the balloons. Takes a couple clicks sometimes.

I also liked that When you won a level, everyone clapped and let go of their balloons.
I also liked to pop them like Flamingojoe.

this is kinda an old thread but i thought it was a kind of interesting topic.

some of my favorite parts of the original RCT 1 and 2 was that the physics thing, (sorry if im being too techinal) was much more realistic. The coaster cars actually would act differently depending on the number of peeps sitting in them

Also, the fact that the graphics weren't so cool didn't make a difference, after all, RCT3 wasn't out yet so you can't miss what you don't have. But that fact that they were 2D made the game run fast no matter how much stuff (again, i hope that isn't too technical) you had on the map, which is a conviencence i miss greatly.:cry:

P.S. Get one that has a high nasea rating. Or its puke time!
