I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot. But are these downloads able to run on a macbook pro or not?

They should be compatible... Have you tried downloading them yet?

The downloads should be compatible... it just looks like finding the place to put them may be a bit more difficult on Mac.

The folders that are in Documents / RCT3 on PC are located in the following on the Mac, if you purchased RCT3 Platinum through the App Store:

Library / Containers/ com.aspyr.rct3.appstore / Data / Library / Application Support / RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Platinum

You might not be able to see the Library folder though; it's hidden by default. In order to see it, you need to open up Terminal and type the following:

I'm not sure if this is any different for RCT3 Platinum from sources other than the Mac App Store.
