^^Alright some are younger. I'm 14 and can't get my license until I'm 18 (by the new MD law I believe) It used to be 16, but with drunk and distracted driving and all they thought it would be "safer".

Really? they changed it to 18? i live in MD too but i thought it was still at 16 as long as you have a parent/guardian 'approve' of your licence. I'm hoping it's not 18 because i was kindof looking forward to actually getting a car in 2 years (I'm 14 too)

in most states, you'll get your temps at 15 or 15 1/2. then you'll be able to get your license at 16 or 18. you need a licensed driver over 21 to drive with your temps.
