Maybe if your worried about the name "The Discovery" you could change it to Splashdown Discovery (Being that it is a water coaster) Well, I still like the name The Discovery though.
So your computer has pixels aligned on rows. Go in MS Paint for an example. When you make a straight or vertical line, It's perfect. But when you make a diagonal line, it's really pixely. That's because the pixels can't make a perfect line out of a grid. What anti-aliasing does, is it kind of "blurs" or adds additional pixels the same color but more opaque and it makes the visual effect that it is a perfect line. It takes a lot of effort for your computer to do this with a 3D model constantly, so you'll need a good computer.
