Today I unzipped the Weber Construction Equipment CS set and after looking at the read me a question has come to mind. The read me says (text copied and pasted):
“These items are somewhat high poly, mainly the double side dumper which has ove 3,500 polygons. most average around 1,500 per vehicle. So please use care when placing them in your parks.â€
I’m aware the CS is higher in poly’s than in-game scenery but don’t really know what’s an average, all-round acceptable level for CS poly’s. In my inexpert-with-creating-scenery opinion I’ve been all this time assuming a tree or a car would be around oh, 20 to 100 poly’s so I think 1,500 poly’s for a single CS item seems outrageously high.
It would be great if someone who knows more about CS than I do could comment on this.
