I've been doing a little searching online trying to gather info about conforming path covers for ramps, steps in rct3 but surprisingly i haven't found a single thing about it. All I have found is a bunch of images that show custom path covers for steps but have yet to actually find a download link for them.

Is it possible? Is it the same process as making regular path covers, only making it on an angle? Are there any docs or resources or dimensions that you're aware of for making path covers for steps?

Use an invisible path. I like Accena's Pavement Essentials and Shyguy's Waterworld 1 for queue line stairs. For the main pathway stairs use something with diagonals like Shevek's Floor Blast or Pat's Safety Set.
