I give my vote to Intimidator simply because of the extra realism.

I am really good at doing supports and the coaster, but when it comes to doing the foliage I am just really bad. I think i need some help.

I'm your guy then.

Stampede got my vote - the airtime over that first bunny hill would be awesome. (I would keep my bar and belt as loose as possible).

maybe you could model the landscape for your coaster's after a part of the world.
For example: Amazon Jungle, Sahara Desert, California Redwoods. Hope this helps
