I know you can turn-off "nighttime" in sandbox-mode,
but I would like to do the same in a custom scenerio,
is it possible??

If night-time is already enabled for a custom scenario, there's no changing it.

If you're editing the scenario then just keep the opening hours in the daytime.

But if you're just playing it, there's nothing you can do unfortunately. :/
