when i try open a custom park or pool in the game it says the files could not be opened thus meaning that i cant use them. does anyone know why this could be?

Do you have the Soaked! Expansion pack?

Oh, and Yes, I have the soaked and wild expansion packs. Just tryed to open a ride but i get the same message.

Hmmm .... let us know what you did step by step and where and how it went wrong (including any messages that popped up) and we can suggest something.

I have the same problem only I don't have Soaked! or Wild!.
