Im on the scenerio lala land trying to get tycoon level but Joe Sluggerball won't let me! I'm putting in tons of adventure scenery in and instructing him to look at it but whenever he leaves he is not satisfied! I really need some help!

First build something successful. Like build a big hideout where some jungle peeps could hang out. Make it interesting. Not square. Make a village with the adventure scenery. There's many more ideas than what I have...
