I don't know what to say. :s

It could be worse. She could have rejected you first, then went out with your friend. Just don't screw up with either of them and you'll be fine as far as friendship goes.

I am kinda having the same problem, jackthedog501. This girl in my class likes me as a boyfriend, but IDK what to tell her if I like her as a girlfriend.

Well, Fireball is for sure, but middle school is the age where everyone starts getting girlfriends and boyfriends.

Well, it sort of depends on how you live. In my area, nobody in middle school dated one another. Sure some people may have SAID they went out, but really, we all found out they really didn't go out. I'm happy and grateful that I live in an area where 14 year olds aren't giving "hand jobs" or touching each other in the back of the bus. But I assume it all comes down to maturity. I personally think people like Fireball are WAY TOO YOUNG to start dating other people. All of this is adult stuff. We are not adults. We should enjoy doing kid stuff like going to movies and hanging at our friend's house. Is liking someone really that important in our age group?

It could be to the person who likes someone. Overall, though, I agree with you. As long as your mature and a good deal older, you'll be fine.

(Just came back from a dance, lot of grinding. Don't do that...)
