Round 87 Winner

The latest winner of RCTgo's Build It! Competition is RCTNinFreek's "Velociraptor", voted on by you! "Velociraptor" beat the other two entries with 6 votes and 46% of the vote.

Description:
A coaster of prehistoric qualities lurks around these parks, looking to kill a lot of speed.
Hence the name given at its disposal, "Velociraptor".

|Statistics|
Excitement Rating - 7.01 (High)
Intensity Rating - 6.52 (High)
Nausea Rating - 3.15 (Medium)

|Construction Facts ... |
> The original name was suppose to be "Raptor", but decided the prefix "Veloci-" would be added for the idea of speed.
> The ratings of the coaster kept fluctuating during and after the construction process.
> The coaster was inspired by the movie, Jurassic Park.
> The scenery surrounding the coaster in the screenshots was added at the last minute for the "Wow" factor. Smile

NOTE: The scenery is not included with the actual coaster. The author decided it would be best to leave it that way so that the people can let their imagination run wild with the exterior design aspect of the coaster.

You can now submit your entries at rctgo.net/build-it/upload. Remember - only the first three submitted get in the poll for winner!

When I got home from school and checked the RCTgo Forums, I was very surprised that I saw this mentioned in the "New Posts" section. Biggrin

THANKS TO ALL WHO VOTED! ALSO, THANKS TO MY FELLOW PARTICIPANTS FOR ENTERING WITH ME! Seeing your coasters always make me think I wasn't going to win this competition 'cause of their greatness and simplicity, but turns out I did. Smile

Looks like it could use some good scenery, but that was pretty good1

Crowded sceneries are not really my thing... ._. I feel they crowd around the coaster for nothing.
However, I'll try put some more and see if it enhances the coaster even more. Smile

SEE, I'm with RCTNF here, why does a coaster need trees to make it better? What about a small pond or lake under it, the right coloured supports and ground should be enough(:

what would this look like without trees?

trees make the game look really natural. and custom trees look the best!

If I'm really going for realism wih scenery on coasters, I would have gone for NoLimits. (NOLIMITS FTW! by the way)

But no, I'm just here to create great-looking coasters from the get-go and have fun doing it. Biggrin

NoLimits is very hard for me. Could you tell me how to make a coaster? I don't get it. I do get Scream Machines though (B4 you say NO it was not a copy of NoLimits. It was made b4)

I'll be honest, I thought that picture was taken in real life at first glance. Then I looked up and noticed those are RCT3 clouds.
