Ok so'm out of ideas for the park. Any help?

Luxury shopping mall, with custom stalls and CS.

Theming!

Add hills.
Make a landscape: Palms, Beach fences, ocean, sand, buildings, etc.
Lazy River
Mini golf, not the kind that comes in the game, but a custom one, made out of invisible paths, CS, and terrain textures and formations.
Something that symbolizes the hotel, like a big "Sahil" boat.
More curves in the road.

Out of ideas????? Oh, no, the horror!!! lol Don't worry I experience the same problem when working on a park. Well, your park was supposed to be a tropical/beach themed resort, right? Maybe you could build like a big stage and have either like a concert place or something of the sort. With it being a beach type of resort it could have like a Luau, BUT that unfortunately is almost strictly hawaiian, and I don't believe that was where you were hoping for it to be located. If I remember correctly, I think your park was supposed to be in sunny California (I like California) Maybe you could put in some other active types of activities like your tennis courts. Volleyball, Soccer, basketball etc. I don't know though if there are custom scenery packs that have basketball and soccer things...... You could put in some gardens with various statues, fountains, waterfalls and those sort of things.

Alex and Miracle are right on the money. It’s time to begin some major theming and scenery placement. Make your park look like it’s been established for 20 years rather than it looking like the developers simply dropped it on the map.
