I tried uploading the park here, but no luck. Tried again just now, but it keeps saying that none of the fields are filled in. This has happened twice now...

I'll look into that this weekend.
Issue should be fixed. Your file was likely larger than the maximum file size (7 MB) and thus caused the script to time out. I've increased the limit to 20 MB, which should be more than enough. The issue will technically still occur - but only if your file is larger than 20 MB.
