Nah, It comes with the game! It's a program like sketchup that doesn't need plugins.

Yeah but I don't even know if they want us changing their game to make it better. It's like if someone made a mediocre roller coaster and put it up for download and someone else downloaded it and made it better. Some of why I think that is the reason none of the founders of RCT ever post replies to even the most epic threads in RCT3. Of course, they probably have a lot more on their hands, but it's been so many years.
