RCT3 Help

I play RCT3 Platinum on my Mac, and none of my custom settings work. The trees don't sway, water droplets don't form, and the water isn't reflecting. Can anyone help me?

I don't use a Mac but maybe I can help you figure it out.

What kind of trees are you using? Ingame trees or CS trees?

The majority of CS trees do not sway like the ingame trees do. There are some that do sway but not very many.

With the water reflections, when using multiple bodies of water only the largest body of water will reflect if you have the video settings enabled for what you want to be reflected. If you have two bodies of water at two different levels with a waterfall connecting them, only the larger body of water will show a reflection. Sometimes you have to raise the level of the water about 4h to 6h above ground level to get it to reflect

With water droplets, your coaster has to be going past a body of water or a water fall to get the droplets on the ride cam or you have to have the game set for an environment that rains. If you have it set for a desert with no water you won't get any droplets.

..... unless you place a body of water in your desert park, in which case you need to submerge the camera under the water surface after which when you move the camera back into position above the water then you'll have the droplets. Like Frankedj says, water droplets do not just 'show,' you need to do something to cause the droplets.

Hey!
I know! I have a Mac. Go to your settings and screw around with the visuals. You need to set it to lowest graphics. Hope that helped:0
