Just because the Mayan calendar ends in 2012 doesn't mean the world will. Just because the calendar in my kitchen ends in 2010 doesn't mean the world will end on December 31, 2010. Maybe they ran out of rocks? Maybe the creator just said "what the hell is the point of all this, anyway?!"

Well sure. The world isn't going to end but I love the disaster films they come up with every few years claiming the same thing.

To me, I think the movie was actually good. Actors are sloppy, but they were good.
It makes u think whether the world is coming to end or not.

The effects were awesome though. Disaster happening every 5 min. XD

I saw the preview, and the scene where California like, sinks into the Pacific Ocean, and I don't think that's very 'realistic'.
