I recently got a new computer and can't find the reflective water option where it was on my old one. Could it be my graphics card?

I wouldn't think so. And you are looking in the options/settings window?

In that case, if your old computer identified the option in the game options and your new one doesn't identify the same thing in the game options, it's probably your graphics card. There are two reasons the game wouldn't be identifying this feature:

1. The game can’t identify this feature because it’s been disabled in the graphics card control panel.
   
2. The game can’t identify this feature because it’s determined that your graphics card isn’t up to it.
   

Look through your graphics card control panel to confirm if you can adjust this in as suggested in “1.” If not, we have to assume the problem is “2.”

I know my graphics card is integrated, but I can't seem to find it in my hardware like I could on my old one.
