If I upload a track with custom scenery, do i upload it as a park or indivisiual track? And once I put it up, can someone make a POV of it for me? Because when I tried making a POV, the quality was awful.

You do an individual track. There is an option to save scenery with a track, you use it the same way as saving custom structures.

When you save a track with scenery, you save it as a track file. And just send me the track and cs list and I'll make a pov for you!
