Please help - Custom Scenery Crashes Program

What type of error is it?

I don't get an error. After I follow the instructions on how to load it and open the program (sandbox mode), select the cs and then it freezes. I have to shut down my computer in order to get it working again. I have seen no SVD or SID . I have 6GB of memory, i5 processor so that cant be an issue. I'm running on windows 8.1

I did remove all of the cs I had, re-installed it. I clicked on the same file : weber's sci-fi theme set v1
and it crashed the computer again. After I removed the weber's sce-fi theme set v1 the program
worked with all of the other cs I had installed.

Thank you for the link. It worked. I like these sci-fi sets. I'm trying to do things different. I'll post when I'm done after awhile.
