i hope so. just made a track using a toboggan CTR

so long as it follows the same parameters as the default bobsleigh.. height limitations and track elements.

Thats the challenge of it Smile bobsleds are and always have been the toughest coasters to make work in any of the rct games.

As far as the terrain modifications go.. use your best judgement. So long as its still a biga** mountain that somewhat resembles the one i provided it should be fine. Part of the challenge is using the terrain to your advantage tho.

2 peices of friendly advice.. going to the peak of the mountain may not yield the best results.
Remember that coasters can have more than one station

Not familiar with this kind of roller coaster yet. I'm laughing to and I feel like an idiot, but I tried. So take me off the list so someone else can get in. Thanks. Smile

I cant count the number of peeps who ive spread across the ground with bobsled coasters Smile

avocado it. i need to change the track now. the CTR i used is much better, although i couldnt get a good layout for the track, it was way too fast

i think its hard making a bobsled track because you cant go down gradually, its either down or flat

I think I have a good layout, but seems a bit too fast.

EDIT: Does it matter how far off the ground the track is at some points in the ride?

You may make minor terraforming alterations as needed and you may use any custom scenery at your disposal including custom cars; however, no adding any special track elements or modding the coaster.

Ill post a poll in a couple of weeks and we can vote on who's is the best Smile

*the zip file has the sandbox in it. just place it into C:Users>(your user name)>My documents>RCT3>Parks

So I started the coaster design and park area and finished. I guess the creative juices were going and I didn't want to stop. I have the track file and park file. But I think all download it to this site as a park file. It is called Bobsleigh Haunting (track) and Bobsleigh Haunting Park each are in the zip folder. If I can I'll send you an attachment and then download it to the site. I don't have the ability to make a video. So if it recommended would you be able to make one for me? I'll be checking back on this site, but you can always send me a message to. Thanks. It doesn't matter if I win or lose...I tried Smile

I had the same problem with the design I made. But I'm not sure really how to use this kind of coaster yet, So if mine didn't make it in I'm okay with that. Smile I just wanted to challenge myself and I liked what I did. I knew having E - 7.55, I - 7.16 N 5.19 was probably to fast, and not realistic ratings I think. I had the same challenge on how to balance all this out. I didn't want to give up. I am hoping you will still share your design. I always learn from other people. Smile Good luck with the challenge.

Maybe you and I both I know mine was probably a little rough and to fast.
But (i know this as repeat) I tried. I'm sure your coaster is fun. Smile Nice job.
I used the default bobsleigh in rct3 the name of the coaster is Bobsleigh Haunting. It is downloaded to the website now. I know I got carried away, but had fun with it.
*to win or lose it doesn't matter to me. I tried and didn't crash the peeps or the cars this time Smile ha,ha, ha.)
