RCT3 Station Tutorial step-by-step (by Cartus @ SGW)

#1
Well, alot of you know me as a very critcal person in fact of "reality" aspects of Coaster creations.

Most of the time i wrote that "Silvarrets" Tutorials are helpful, because he has an amazing talent in architecture and in coasterdesign.
And alot of people have good skills to create coasters, but only a good layout with custom supports don't make a coaster grand in the end.
There are alot of more things to build additional to the track and one importent thing is a good "Station" with a Queue.

But the links to Silvarrets Videos shows off a little problem, in fact that a few coasters had Stations with an "Silvaret"ish look/touch.
His videos are really helpful, but only copying his style isn't the right way.
And with the "unlimited" variety of CSO's that we can use, the choice is big enough to find our own personal style.

So, i've decided to give/show you an tutorial that i found on ShyGuysWorld as an alternative to Silvarret.
It was made from Cartus, and avocado, for an non video tutorial it was spot on!

He wrotes an step by step tutorial, how to build a realistic looking Station with Queue-Line, Foliage, Rockwork and Terraforming. An good thing about this, that we see how much CSO's he used to create this one. More than 25 different cso sets is alot, and some of this sets looks incompatible to each other in fact of the different themeings/styles. But Cartus shows, that different sets can be compatible to each other Smile

Don't forget, all Credits goes completly to Cartus for his great step by step tutorial!

Maybe, this tutorial can help some of you to build better stations, or alternative ones or give you some inspiration for future projects.
I thought, that only criticsm isn't the right way for some of you, so maybe some tips are the better way.

Dang that's fantastic! Stations have been one thing I haven't been the best at. Well, architecture in general I suck at.

Lg Cheleste

These are so different from what I've seen. Definitely a master in design. Just as Silvarret (in my opinion). Thanks for sharing.Smile
