If i am right, than "Loubauder" never released it. There are several WIP-Threads out there and two old videos on his youtube channel. But nowhere a download-link.
No download-link from the creator -> no release of the set and only WIP-process

And after looking to the old threads, i think its impossible that Lou will ever release it of finish it.

The only i found about "Indiana Jones" was this:
