Talking about Tatsu's loss, he was against Ares. Ares was designed by best friend tej and i oversaw his progress. He spent about 2 months before coming out with the finished product. Its kind of sad to see that his round was canceled due to a stolen design as it should have been taken out before it won.
tej has quit rct3 after this incident. I believe that if tatsu was stolen, the win should have been given to the 2nd place winner.

PS: tej has sold the game and thus quit it all together
