That could be made very easily. I haven't made any CS pieces in a while but I could attempt to.

^That plaque reminds me something in Valley Forge park (near where I live; few miles)

It's in the scenery tab as a small item named Super Moose Plaque. Sorry no icon, I couldn't get it to work.



I extended the pole a bit so that you can use it on ground that is slightly lower than usual.
