There used to be an RCTgo chat. But it´s pretty much dead now.

Every puplic "teamspeak3" server would do the job if some of you want to talk to each other.

But i don't see the point of it, aside of the fact that it's easier and helpful for a collab.
I speak for myself, i can't build something with RCT if i talk at the same time via phone/skype/teamspeak.
Music works better for me.
